Authorised use

This portal is for authorised programme staff and invited repair centre representatives. Do not share staff credentials or your personal survey link. Provide feedback respectfully and do not include confidential, identifying or special category personal data.

Feedback and reporting

Survey links may be submitted once during the campaign window. Reports show aggregate feedback and are intended for programme improvement. Automated summaries support human judgement and do not make decisions about individual members.

Availability and responsibilities

The programme operator manages access, security, retention and service availability. Report suspected misuse to the operator’s published contact. These operational terms and the privacy notice must be reviewed and approved by the operator before production launch.
