Who is responsible
The programme operator must publish its legal controller identity before launch.
Privacy enquiries: Contact details must be configured by the programme operator before launch.
Why information is used
We use programme membership and business contact information to administer member surveys, send invitations and reminders, and record completion. The operator must confirm and document its lawful basis and legitimate interests assessment before using this service.
Your feedback
Answers have no member identifier, survey token, IP address or submission timestamp. Completion is recorded separately. Results are released only for closed campaigns with at least 10 responses. Do not include identifying or sensitive information in comments. Raw comments are not available through administrative reports.
Recipients and service providers
Authorised programme staff access membership and completion records. Email delivery is handled by Resend; hosting and backup providers process service data. The operator must maintain processor agreements and document any international transfers and safeguards.
Retention and your rights
Historical campaigns and archived member records are removed under the configured retention policy (24 months by default). Active membership records are maintained while needed for programme administration. Backups expire under the separate backup policy.
You can ask the operator for access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Unlinked survey answers cannot be located using your identity. Identity verification is required before releasing personal records.
Cookies
Only essential session and security cookies are used. They support sign-in and protect form submissions. No analytics or advertising cookies are installed. Email engagement measurement may be affected by privacy features in your email client.
